User story

As a director, I want to be able to understand the Q2 goals for the Auro design system, so I can clearly communicate the senior staff expectations and deliverables.

Outline subtasks or tasks

Decide which specific steps need to be completed and who is responsible for each of them.

Definition of “Done” (exit criteria)

The story is generally “done” when the user can complete the outlined task, but make sure to define what that is.

This story will be considered complete once a document has been developed that clearly defines the team's Q2 goals.

As part of this work, defining sprint ceremonies have been done as well. Retrospectives and sprint planning has been scheduled and relative virtual tools have been defined as well.
