Create Homepage HTML

left hand side is generated links/articles based on user input, if no input random
right hand side images are random pics

added html boiler plate and the intial java. found an api to complete java. requires tailwind v2 adding and styling/positioning. requires jquery adding

HTML for homepage complete - CSS stylesheet has also been created. Need to convert this to Tailwind - in progress. JavaScript is also in progress.
