Add release to repository #2

Hi!

I'd like to build and try to use pbterm on my PocketBook, however, I'm not familiar with CMake. I tried, but I receive a plethora of issues, and frankly I don't want to spend too much time fixing them as I'm not familiar with C/C++.

Would it be possible to upload a build (pterm.app) as a release in this repository, please?

I found your article on physik.fu-berlin.de that contains a link to a zip with the pre-compiled binary. I managed to load it on my device, and it works!
