Allow variants of boots of the traveller to be used in the recipes of upgraded boots

Describe the feature

Currently to make e.g electric boots fo the traveller you need regular boots of the traveller, for nanoboots you need electric boots of the traveller, etc. But with Thaumic Boots several new variants of boots have been added that come with benefits, but at the same time can't be used further.

My suggestion would be to allow these boots to also be used in the upgrade recipe so that people don't have to continually make new boots to get to the next tier, an example of this would be the ability to make Quantumboots of the traveller using all variations of Nanoboots.

This would make it more interesting to upgrade your regular set of boots to a thaumic boots variant since you don't lose the ability to upgrade anymore, and would prevent people from building up a stash of now obsolete shoes.

Additional context

With the changes to the boots in 2.6.0 and the keybinds added to thaumic boots you basically need to upgrade to any of these boots to make use of these features, but having to make another set of boots to be able to upgrade later on seems like a pain. Its not necessarily very expensive, but it is bothersome.
