Bug fixes and small extensions for ScummC #1

Not sure whether you're still interested in ScummC ... but I recently wanted to compile it again, and had to discover that it does not work anymore with the latest version of bison. So I fixed it ... and also added the patches from James Urquhart and some additional fixes (e.g. about compiler warnings) to it.

Thanks a lot. After a quick look most of the bug fix patches look good and can be merged as is. The palette stuff is quiet interesting but it would be nice to cleanup the patches a bit.

To start I'm going to cherry pick all the patches that apply as is, then we can look at what is left.
