Flying on WM: sky strangely blinks #820

Native framerate also shows some problems, less pronounced:

Also doesn't happen in a ship

Unlike what I said above, it also sometimes happen in a ship. Seems to be a relation between WMWorld.SkyDome_Sky and WMWorld.SkyDome_Bg
