I can't personally reproduce that, if someone finds the specific conditions for that to happen...

It looks like it requires very fast inputs. Maybe the time window to reproduce the bug is a single frame.

I tried to replicate without success either. Something odd I noticed on the clip, right after he used the last phoenix down, the window disappear like it should but then, when the cursor reappears on the phoenix down item, it plays the menuing sound. This doesn't happen normally. And when he uses potions on Steiner the cursor is behind the window.
