Improve sidebar's UX and browser compatibility #6

This is how sidebar looks and behaves now (as of 6a7f4b24c7f0fad0733f128a05882c3728ebb0cd):

There are two minor UX things to improve:

[x] Separate visually two expanded items so they do not look attached to each other, but look more free
[x] Mark visually expand/collapse buttons so that user will know whether it's going to expand/collapse or navigate to database.
[x] And also there is need to make sidebar.js compatible with Edge (maybe IE11 too)

As of a653aeab98b5c9462af1b8cec43bae48cf3c8585 sidebar is fully compatible with IE11 and Edge. I've also fixed a bug occuring on IE11 and Edge where sub-menu items had top offset.

Improved sidebar by adding a gap between expanded database and next database to separate these two things visually and added hover&focus state for expand/collapse button.
