Description

Explore the Linux scheduler and how it works in greater detail, especially as it may relate directly to us (for example, accurate timing on commands being sent).

Deliverables

[x] Write a guide on how the Linux scheduler works
[x] Look into related stuff like cron

Update for Tuesday, January 30th meeting:

Made a branch with a new file containing a Linux scheduler primer
Looked into the scheduler a fair bit but will do some more before next meeting
