Just updated all occurrences of gnome-terminal in scripts and updated readmes.
I also added a Makefile for demo_ipc_client_server for my convenience.
Tested all of the scripts and they seem to work the same.
Users will have to sudo apt install tmux or equivalent if it is not already installed on their machine.
