As the owner of the repo I can edit the original issue which is what I did. Typically that's done in a small group setting or by a seasoned developer. Additional comments for the lifecycle of the issue and code commit will be in conversation style or requests for changes to lines of codes or documents. you can add media in here including gifs and screenshots as well. Think of it as a social media post almost.
