Modify the font size, cell height won't automatically adjust #166

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter "aaa" in cell A1
2. modify font size of A1 to 36

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected: Cell height adjusted to show the text
result:cell height remain the same.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
