Exception while set background color #168

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to set background color multiple times
2. While choosing the color, if you place the mouse in the cross section of 
colors, no color is actually selected.
3. click to notify a color selected

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
result: Exception thrown.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
