Cell Background Color is not correctly shown in Excel 2007 xlsx #201

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start zssapp
2. Open the attached file bsheet.xlsx
3. A1:B1 shall have dark gray background

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: A1:B1 shallhave dark gray background
Real: white background
