Shift + arrow key selection does not respect merge cell. #211

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start zssapp
2. merge B4:H4
3. change focus to A1
4. Shift + Arrow-down key to expand selection
5. Move selection to B4

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: The selection shall auto space to A1:H4
Real: The selection is A1:B4
