ZK Spreadsheet App: Cell wrongly set to incorrect value #253

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start zss
2. select J12
3. click on formula bar editor
4. click on B1
5. click on J12, you will see "Ratio Analysis" on formula bar. This is an 
error. It shall be =+I12.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See step 5 above.
