xlsx only. IllegalArgumentException when formula cause a circular reference #318

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start zssapp
2. Select cell M12
3. Enter =M12 (to cause a circular evaluation)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: show #REF!
Real: IllegalArgumentException: Unknown error type: -60
