Could you leave a detail explanation for using this repo with broadlink and home assistant?

Please do provide instructions on how to set this up. I have blinds with Tube/Lianda remotes and 433RF frequency and I have not been able to control them neither with the Broadlink RM4 Pro nor the Bond Home. I've tried everything. Muchas gracias Alberto.
