Make the extension also a web extension #18

It would be nice if the extension could also run in a web extension host. It should be investigated if this is possible. All the information should be available at https://code.visualstudio.com/api/extension-guides/web-extensions

Ok, I think this can be done with just a little bit of configuration, so I'll give it a try!
