Add some code for server side use #3

As the library was only supported encode and decode MQTT messages for client side use. I want to add more code for server side use as well. But I'm not sure if i would commit the code to this project or make a new one?

Glad to see some interest. As you may notice, the code isn't really production quality. It was written as a proof of concept and I haven't updated it in a while.

Please feel free to fork my repo, make some changes and send me a pull request. I'll merge it as soon as possible after reviewing it.
