No connection to stream - when squelch >0 or spuelch_delay >= -20 #11

Hello rtl_fm_streamer works great ->

But when I am starting it with following Parameters then I the Webstream does not start: (loading circle) rtl_fm_streamer -l 70 -t 5 -P 13780 rtl_fm_streamer -l 70 -t 0 -P 13780 rtl_fm_streamer -l 70 -t -10 -P 13780

When : rtl_fm_streamer -l 70 -t -20 -P 13780

Then the stream is loading WITH NO SQELCH.

What did I miss?

Honestly, I have no idea because I doesn't work on this project anymore. Ideas are welcome!
