Feature Request: add support to prepend 512b before applying IPS patches

Unfortunately flips doesn't support prepending the 512b header for applying IPS patches from romhacking.com with headers. IPS patches without headers work fine. Thank you for you work. I appreciate it very much since it compiles for several plattforms such as linux.

Long-term, the correct solution to that issue is telling the site admins to replace all IPSes with BPS, which clearly records which input ROM it expects and allows Flips to automatically handle headers.

Short-term, simply apply it to a headered ROM. I doubt adding another way to handle headered IPSes is worth the effort.

I thought something like this. But thank you for your answer. romhacking.net both provides headered and non-headered ips patches. headered ones seems like a legacy. Newer hacks are mostly non-headered ips or bps files. Thank you very much. For all headered ips patches I use the web patching utility which supports applying the 512b header before patching.
