Allow saving the patched ROMs in the home directory and bump to the freshly released 3.38 GNOME SDK (the 3.34 one is EOL).

If you accept these changes, I'll take care of pushing them to Flathub.

I'm generally skeptical to using the latest anythings. It usually just forces users to update their platform, and cuts off those who can't or won't update, often for no real benefit.

But Flatpak is supposed to solve those issues, so I'll trust you.
