Please add release tags #61

@Alcaro I want to add Flips to Gentoo, but the missing release tags make it harder. Can you please tag this repo?

There will be no formal releases within any forseeable future; users should consider every commit a release.

Regular releases work fine for actively developed tools, but in Flips' case, the irregular and near-zero development pace means my options are limited to wasting time tagging every single commit, encouraging use of outdated software for unbounded periods of time, or moving the releases to the commits tab.

I choose the third. I agree it's a nontraditional and disorienting solution, but all three solutions have their drawbacks.

Tagging every single commit would be silly and vim is a good example of why to not do that. I don't really see the issue of making 1 or 2 tags a year if there is a need, but okay...
