Excavator not mining correct bedrock ore #412

Recently i have been getting reports of Bedrock ores not working on my server

Sure enough i tested it and they absolutely do not work

I am learning that this only applys on certain bedrock ores

A friend of mine had this issue also, I don't quite remember what the problem was. I assumed bedrock ore designation was clientside and on a server if some mods/configs were not equal, this would happen.
