Shackles Kill u using radiation #429

when wearing shackles (hbm:shackles), if you die, a small amount of radiation will be applied (I use the /kill command). if you die 10-20 times, the radiation will increase to the maximum. OVER 9000

hbm version: NTM-Extended-1.12.2-2.0.2.jar
