Revert list flex box

reverts https://github.com/AlchemyCMS/alchemy_cms/commit/1ef5dd4481b32bd15d7d5a6e13c9ff446e38a1da and fixes the icon position in the assign file list only on that list.

the former fix broke the sitemap
