followup to #2839 switch to dartsass-rails

Notable changes (remove if none)

Rename the "include" scss files to begin with a underscore.

By the way ... this pull is for the actual stable version 7.1.7

Tbh this is too complicated for me. I actually need this change in my project so I managed it somehow to include the stable into my main. Maybe later because I'm behind the time in my main project. I have to set up a whole new development environment for AlchemyCMS.
