Alchemy is a Second Life compatible viewer striving to be at the forefront of stability, performance, and technological advancement in the open-source metaverse viewer field.
Occasionally, when someone instant messages me, the instant message displays as being from my account (at least in username and display name, not icon) and opening it causes my viewer to crash instantly, with some difficulty quickly relogging back again--occasionally even giving me an error that the region i'm attempting contact with may be down or experiencing extreme lag.
This seems to be (at least temporarily) fixable via clearing cache and relogging shortly after--but it is a spooky little bug.
Reproduction steps
Not a lot to reproduce, sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. But I have a screenshot of when it has happened! Hurrah.
