Weird lines in water

Reproduction steps

  1. Look at water with a nvidia graphics card.
  2. Use one of the built in enviroment settings (not sure if needed)
  3. Turn camera

Universal issue with SSR enabled, and known issue with the implementation inherited from Linden Lab.
