[Bug]: Location bar compact mode not displaying correctly on login #57

Environment

Alchemy Beta 7.1.9.2492 (64bit) Second Life Server 2024-06-11.9458617693

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor (4299.56 MHz) Memory: 64217 MB Concurrency: 12 OS Version: Linux 6.9.5-zen1-1-zen #1 ZEN SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Sun, 16 Jun 2024 19:06:18 +0000 x86_64 Graphics Card Vendor: NVIDIA Corporation Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti/PCIe/SSE2

Description

Expected Behavior

All three modes for the location bar should function and persist across sessions.

Current Behavior

Currently only full and hidden function, the compact behavior does not appear on login, and requires a runtime re-selection of its mode. It's observable that the setting DOES save, it just does not render correctly upon login.

Reproduction steps

  1. Select the compact location bar option
  2. Exit and relaunch your viewer
  3. Observe defect

This issue is not concise and as a result is not able to be validated, made some edits after some quick testing and confirming that the claimed scope is broader than the actual defect.
