What does this feature/enhancement do? Why is it needed?
In some other viewers, chat alerts can be made to look at not just the content of the message, but also the sender name. It would be good to have that as an option on each alert.
Eg, if my alert is "kath" and the sender name is "Kathryn" it would alert.
Test Plan
Include information, such as guidance and test scenarios, QA will need to test this feature.
