Fatal: Crash and no recovery after change in settings. #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change Service thresholds to 10 and 1 for p state scaling
2. Try to enter service config again
3. Crash -- no way around this ever again, even after uninstall.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It's supposed to open or at least handle the exception. Instead, I see this:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.7 Win7 x32 C-60 Acer W500

Please provide any additional information below.
Even uninstalling, clearing registry within the settings, etc doesn't work. 
Maybe I'll try to scour things by hand...

These keys remain after uninstall:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> BrazosTweaker
Also one in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> 
System->ControlSet002->services->BrazosTweaker
