Create Readme #2

As pointed out in #1, I forgot to write a readme file for this project.

Mostly done, just needs some proofreading and a new hero image (the existing one shows non-MIDI lighting configurations, so I guess I'll take a picture of mine myself). Maybe disposal should be documented. The readme could also be copied to NuGet in a trimmed form.
