Make it easy to bootstrap a new installation by creating a configuration file automatically #5

Detect case where file doesn't exist or is invalid. Save new config file with sample data and exit. Let the user know what the path of the file is, or automatically open Windows Explorer or Notepad. Make sure it works if parent directory doesn't exist.
