Good point!
60f2ec2 should fix the problem somewhat. Do tell me if you find more references to the time of day in the encounter anywhere.
Ok, I'll keep my eyes open :-)
I wish I was around earlier so when alder said good point, I would have replied "3 points"!!! >_<

The introduction asserts:
Walking through the broad expanse of the desert, the sun beating down on you from above, you pass through a series of immense dunes. They tower above you, almost creating a valley of sand that shields you from the harsh heat of day.
if(party.Two()) { You glance back at [name] to make sure that [heshe] isn't hurt or dehydrated and, seeing that [heshe]'s relatively okay, press on.",
else if(!party.Alone()) You glance back to your party to make sure that no one is hurt or dehydrated and, seeing that they're relatively okay, press on
As you near the end of the monolithic dunes, you see a [numQ] of shadows fall over you. Looking up toward the sun, you see [num] shapes. You shield your eyes with one hand, and manage to make them out...
In game time: 2 AM, therefore no sun. XD
