hello, is it normal that I can no longer chat on the global or group chat? I get the following message: You cannot chat due to platform restrictions

If your game is fully up to date, we recommend first unplugging your console for at least 60 seconds and then trying again.

You may also need to check your consoles privacy settings. A setting such as parental control or similar might be enabled.

If that does not work, other users with similar issues have managed to fix it by doing a full console reset, you can find how to here:
