Hunt critter quest gives marks for personal quests (Matchmaking/Single Player)

Expected Behavior

Quests give marks to player when working on/completing specific quest.

Current Behavior

Hunt critter quest gives marks towards other personal quests. (Whether personal quest is started or not). This is occurring on matchmaking and single player. Community server does not seem to have this issue.

Reproduction Steps

-Have (any) hunt critter quest and (any) personal red quest at the same time.

-Do not start the red quest yet, head for a burrow and kill the creature mentioned in the hunt critter quest.

-Progress towards the critter quest should pop up and under it will be the red personal quest with added marks to it (as if you had made progress on it as well)
