Can't attack or use abilities

Expected Behavior

When the player clicks on the attack it must attack

Current Behavior

When I click on the attack field/ ability field it doesn't work at all

Reproduction Steps

Logged in attacked a pachy and than I glitched, it wasn't the first time, it happened with my spino and sarco. There are not steps to get the bug to occur, it simply happen, but this is what I do and it happens: step 1-Log in step 2-Use the charge bite step 3 -Go underwater Sometimes it happens sometimes not, when it happens we have to logout, but it always happens when im fighting so its impossible to logout. And It happens on all platforms that I play, mobile and Xbox.This bug happened to me on official servers
