Deinonychus alert call can be used when solo #12451

Expected Behavior

Majority of calls intended for group buffs like, tyrants roar, heal call, and chatter will not be able to be activated while solo/not in a group

Current Behavior

Deinonychus alert call can be used when solo granting it the 20% damage buff

Reproduction Steps

-get in a adult deinonychus solo

-make sure to have the alert call equipped

-once it's equipped you can use it

(I don't know if it's a bug/intended, thought I'd report this. Also this goes for struthi/metri as well, hustle ability can be used when not in a group
