Rhamp Flight Bug

Expected Behavior

When flying downwards out of precise movement, gain speed

Current Behavior

After precise moving, rhamp is virtually stuck for a couple seconds before it eventually starts gaining speed. I tested this on arazoa (first clip), single player (second clip), and unmodded juniper deathmatch (third clip). Each time I had different abilities equipped, or no abilities at all and still got the same result.

Reproduction Steps

• Precise turn in flight until you are completely still (I believe if you're still moving even a tad, the bug doesn't occur)

• Face your camera downwards

• Release all buttons except for the "move forward" button
