Expected Behavior
It's expected that Achillo wouldn't be able to use a move like ripping kick when submerged in the water.
Current Behavior
Currently Achillo can use ripping kick in the water to faster escape semi-aquatics, or even just the sake of it. It can dive in using pounce and them immediately use ripping kick while under the water to cover an impressive amount of space very fast in the under the water. Both of us were able to replicate this issue.
Reproduction Steps
Have an achillo with pounce and ripping kick equipped
Jump into the water and pounce just as you're about to make contact with the water
The immediately follow up with ripping kick while submerged in the water
