Expected Behavior

To see Stegosaurus tail swing animation

Current Behavior

Tail swing animation for Stegosaurus not showing

Description of issue

The animations would only show for the user, and would show for everyone upon rejoining the game. Unknown if it only requires the user or 3rd party viewers to rejoin to view the animation
