Find and eat food mision. BUG #13134

## Expected Behavior when a dinosaur has a very low food bar, a new mission appears indicating that you must find food, and when you eat enough, the mission is completed and gives you rewards.

## Current Behavior no matter how low the food level is, the mission to find food and feed does not appear.

## Reproduction Steps

-be very low on food until the feeding mission appears (in this case it never appears, that's the bug).

-find food and start satisfying hunger to the fullest

-you can see how the mission to find food no longer appears, nor that it has been completed at any time.

Hey there! This is not a bug; it is intended that while the Find Food quest can be triggered after about 25% hunger, it is random whether or not the quest is given.
