Changing audio quality cancels background sound #13160

Expected Behavior

When changing the quality of my game audio, it should change some parts of the quality of sound.

Current Behavior

When changing the quality of my game audio, it cancels out ambience sound entirely, even when putting it back onto the original setting (Epic). I then have to log off and return to the game's main menu to fix it.

Reproduction Steps

-Open the settings menu while in-game. This works on demo or PTB

-Go to the audio tab

-Change it to any other audio setting.
