Dasp Carnage inoperable #13175

Expected Behavior

carnage buff activated when next to dead dino

Current Behavior

no carnage buff activated when next to any dead dinos regardless of relog or game restart

Reproduction Steps

-load dasp with carnage equipped

-stand next to a kill

-see no carnage buff applied Screenshot (298) dasp carnage
