Spino bite and / or spino hitbox broken #13177

Expected Behavior

When using bite your bites should be connecting, not phasing through and not connecting.

Current Behavior

When using bite on Spino your bite does not connect to most things when it should - your bite will literally phase through whatever you're fighting.
