Steg Can Still Damage Latched Creatures

Expected Behavior

Latched dinos are no longer supposed to be able to take damage from the dino they are latched onto.

Steg can still attack creatures latched onto itself

Pounce steg with achillo
Attack with the steg (charged or default attack, either will work)
The latched achillo will still take damage and bleed as if it were attacked normally

(If Applicable. No logs needed if there is no crash.)

Oh! So the latch changes were reverted? I did not see this reflected in the patch notes anywhere.
