Description: This happens very frequently on the community server I play; When I spawn in, the terrain does not completely render immediately and I am unable to see where other dinos or objects are until it finishes loading.
Expected behavior: When I spawn in, the ground should look normal or I shouldn’t spawn in or be able to move until it finishes rendering.
Observed behavior: When I spawn, the ground is not completely rendered for a while and I am able to walk around despite the incorrect render and not being able to see. When this happens, I am also able to walk THROUGH the ground that has not finished loading.
Reproduction steps:
Spawn into a community server. The one I used is “Untamed Deathmatch”.
I have attached my graphics settings below. After a few spawns (or just one), you should be able to observe how the ground does not completely load/render. This has been happening for weeks, but I have not thought to make a report until today.
If needed, I could reproduce this many times to provide Q&A with more information. Thanks!
