You shouldn’t be able to walk through the wall at the end of the baby cave.
Current Behavior
When leaving the baby cave you can simply dismiss the pop up that says “leave now” and continue walking to the end of the tunnel walking through a wall to mesh on top of the baby cave. Can be done on any server or single player.
Reproduction Steps
Simply dismiss the pop up to exit the baby cave, walk to the back right corner of the tunnel crouch (if Dino is to big) push yourself into the corner a load screen will appear if you have done it right then you are free to wonder the baby cave sky box

Can be done with almost any Dino depending on how much you have grown in the baby cave e.g how many of the quests you have completed.
